I started in the mortgage industry in 2004 and survived the crash and came back stronger with more knowledge, experience and zest. With me loving my job, I can do it from anywhere and be super involved with my daughters school and sports. Purchasing a home is the biggest investment most people will ever make, so I take my time and educate the community on what it takes to be a homeowner and investor. We take pride in the education and excitement in the fruition of the efforts of the client and getting the loan. My daughters future is held in my hands and with that, I guarantee to be the hardest working Loan Officer this side of the Mississippi. :)

About Tina Farinas

I am a native Californian from the Bay Area in the foothills of San Jose, Ca. This place has a special place in my heart as this is where I grew up, attended and graduated college earning my degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance. San Jose is also where I began a family and raised four kids. We transplanted in Roseville in 2004 and I instantly fell in love with the City of Roses. My children transition was not as easy as mine because they left behind many friends they have grown up with but eventually they warmed up to it. What’s not to love? The City of Roseville has a lot to offer its community and so rich with history. It is constantly growing with restaurants and places to shop. There are a number of parks for families to enjoy, there are bike trails and dog parks. When not actively selling homes, you’ll find me all over town running with friends (Roseville/Rocklin MRTT/SRTT).I proudly ran quite a few races such as 5k, 10k, 15k and Half marathons. I am goaling myself to run my first marathon in the near future, or just enjoying myself in the company of my four grandchildren. My other passion includes hiking, creating or recreating meals in the kitchen pretending to be a Chef, traveling and sipping wine along the way. I am very passionate about living life to the fullest, and choosing happiness above all else.
